Website privacy

613 HVAC Inc uses the information you provide to answer service inquiries, discuss work and keep business records. For questions about your information, email 613hvacinc@gmail.com or call (613) 349-6646.

When you contact us

Our website forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, service needed and message. We store submissions in our WordPress website and send them to our company Gmail inbox. Please send only the information needed to discuss the work. Do not send payment-card details or identification documents through a service form.

613 HVAC staff and CastHost, which supports our website and business systems, can access information needed for their work. Our hosting, email and other service providers process information as part of providing those services. Their systems may process information outside Canada.

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam. It processes technical information about your browser and use of the form. Google’s privacy policy and terms of service apply to that service.

Email and draft assistance

Our service inbox uses Gmail. Software on our private server can organize eligible incoming messages and use Google’s Antigravity service to prepare draft replies. This can include the contact details and description of the work you send us. A person reviews replies before sending them. The drafting software does not send replies automatically.

Original messages and drafts remain in Gmail. Our private server can also hold message copies and drafts. These records currently have no fixed deletion schedule. Google handles its own records under its service terms; we cannot promise immediate deletion of every provider copy.

Website measurement

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, phone-button taps and successful form submissions. When Google Ads measurement is used, it helps us understand which advertising led to a visit or inquiry. A phone-button tap does not show whether a call connected.

Google measurement stays off until you select Allow measurement. If you agree, Google Analytics and Google Ads can process technical information such as your IP address, browser, pages visited, referring page and ad-click identifiers. They use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and inquiries and help improve our ads. We do not use these tools for personalized advertising. Our form-success event sends the page where the form succeeded, not the information you typed into it.

Select Use essential only to keep optional measurement off. The site, phone links and service forms remain available. Your browser stores this choice for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable or you clear it, we will ask again. Other technical requests, including reCAPTCHA and the resources needed to display the site, can still occur.

Google Analytics is configured to retain user and event data for 14 months. That setting does not delete email, form submissions, server logs or aggregate reports.

Phone inquiries

If an ad uses Google’s call-reporting service, Google may route the call through a forwarding number and provide call details such as the caller number, start time, duration and connection status. These details help us measure inquiries. They do not establish whether a job was booked.

Eligible calls through Google’s forwarding numbers may be recorded and evaluated by Google’s AI to help assess lead quality, detect spam and improve reporting. Google says callers hear a recording notice at the start of an eligible call. Authorized account users may review recordings and call summaries. Calls made outside that route are not recorded by this feature.

Your choices and requests

Use Privacy choices at the bottom of any page to change your measurement choice. Turning measurement off reloads open pages of our site without the Google measurement tools and removes their cookies that our site can remove. Unsaved form entries may be lost. Earlier measurements are not automatically deleted.

You can also call us instead of using a website form. Your browser can block or delete cookies, although that may not stop every technical request. Google offers an Analytics browser opt-out add-on. See Google’s privacy policy and Automattic’s privacy policy for their practices.

Contact us to ask about access, corrections or deletion of information you have provided. We will review the request and explain any records we need to keep for business or legal reasons. Deleting information from one system does not automatically remove provider or backup copies.
